By the end of this training, you’ll know much more about how to safeguard adults at risk and recognise the dangers they may be facing.
This Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults course covers levels 1 & 2 and is for anyone who works with, helps, or supports adults at risk. It covers the signs of abuse and explains what to do if you suspect something is happening to a vulnerable adult. It’s all about sensitive handling and timely intervention.
This course is made up of 3 sections and a test. You must complete all sections of the course in order to access the test.
On completion of this course you will:

* Recognise the signs of different types of abuse
* Understand the importance of person-centred care
* Know how to respond to safeguarding concerns
* Know how to respond to a disclosure
* Know where to find relevant legislation and support
