Are volunteering experience and other humanitarian activities important to apply for RCO after passing the step 1 and 2?
Once you pass the PLAB test and register with the General Medical Council, people do a clinical attachment to allow them to know more the system and get the first job. It should not last more than 3 months. But it is worth doing it.
