Is there any influence exerted by the candidate’s age or experience on opportunity obtaining chances? And if there is, to what extent?
Age discrimination in the UK is very serious offence. You do not have to state your age and the employer cannot refuse to employ because of age (old or young). Same applies to religion, colour, race and sexuality.
